The surface climbs past 500ºF and heats evenly across the top, while wind guards keep the burners lit and a low-set cooktop holds a steady temperature. Four independently controlled burners create separate heat zones, so different foods can cook at different temperatures at the same time.
Since the cooktop carries no coatings, metal tools can scrape, press, and flip on it without worry. Weber Works accessories snap onto the Weber Slate griddle's side rails or drop into its stainless steel side tables, keeping gear close by.
