The Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker is a charcoal smoker built in three sizes: 14 in, 18 in, and 22 in. Primary cooking area measures 286 sq in on the 14 in Model 711001, 481 sq in on the 18 in Model 721001, and 726 sq in on the 22 in Model 731001.
Each smoker holds two cooking grates for smoking two large items at once, and dampers adjust easily to control the heat. A built-in lid thermometer and a silicone temperature grommet track the heat inside while you cook. The porcelain-enameled lid, bowl, and center section are designed to hold heat without rusting or peeling.
Glass-reinforced nylon handles and a removable fuel door make it simpler to add charcoal and wood while the smoker is running.
