Weber's Spirit E-425C is a 4-burner liquid propane grill in the Spirit C series, built around a cast-aluminum cook box. Two red Boost Burner knobs push 40% more power into a Sear Zone for searing meat, fish, and vegetables, while the burners deliver a total of 35,000 BTU-per-hour across 428 sq in of primary cooking area. Total cooking area reaches 533 sq in, including a 105 sq in warming rack above the main grates that keeps food warm or toasts buns.

Snap-Jet Ignition lights each burner individually with one hand, and heat adjusts precisely from high to low for even cooking across the grill. Porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates hold heat evenly and flip over to fit Weber Crafted grillware such as griddles and pizza stones, sold separately. Stainless steel Flavorizer bars add grilled flavor, and a removable grease tray handles drippings as part of the grease management system.

Heavy-duty swivel casters let the grill move easily and lock in place while cooking. Four tool hooks keep spatulas and tongs handy, and a cabinet with a door keeps the propane tank out of view. Side tables stay scratch-resistant for nearby storage, and the right-side table accepts drop-in Weber Works accessories while the side rails take snap-on ones, both sold separately.
