The Weber Summit GC38 S Grill Center is a freestanding, liquid propane grill in Weber's Summit S Grill Center series, built with two large storage cabinets. A top-down infrared broiler directs intense heat onto food for an edge-to-edge sear, and an integrated rotisserie is built to hold multiple chickens at once.
A stainless-steel smoker box lets the grill add a smoky, wood-fired taste, and a side burner gives extra room for cooking sauces or sides. The 681 square inch primary cooking area rests on cooking grates made of solid stainless steel rods 9mm in diameter, and the WEBER CRAFTED frame kit expands cooking techniques with custom-fit grillware.
The cookbox and lid assembly carry a 15-year warranty against rust-through or burn-through.
