The Weber Summit GC38 S Grill Center is a freestanding natural gas grill built on a cart, with 681 square inches of primary cooking area spread across five stainless steel burners. It runs on natural gas with a gas supply hose included and has two side tables. A top-down infrared broiler sends heat downward onto food, searing an edge-to-edge caramelized crust.
An integrated rotisserie handles multiple chickens, while a stainless-steel smoker box brings a low-and-slow, smoky boost. Grillware sold separately fits the WEBER CRAFTED grate and frame system, converting the cooktop into a griddle, wok, pizza oven or more.
The cookbox and lid assembly are covered by a 15-year warranty against rust-through and burn-through.
