Weber Summit Smart FS38X E Gas Grill (Liquid Propane)

The Weber Summit Smart FS38X E Gas Grill is a freestanding Summit Smart E model fueled by liquid propane, with a 20 lb. tank sold separately. Across five stainless steel burners totaling 65,000 BTU, the grill offers 681 square inches of primary cooking area plus a 372 square inch top grate. A top-down infrared broiler rated at 16,000 BTU-per-hour gives steaks an edge-to-edge caramelized crust, and a separate side burner adds 12,000 BTU-per-hour of additional heat.

Touchscreen ignition lights the burners, burner control buttons adjust heat with a tap, and the grill can also be controlled from a smartphone. SmartControl technology marks where to place food on the grate and adjusts temperature levels precisely, while included smart probes send cooking alerts through that same app.

An integrated rotisserie offers new cooking techniques, and the grill can be turned into a griddle with a rust-resistant insert or into a pizza oven, wok, and other setups using WEBER CRAFTED grillware, all sold separately.

The cookbox and lid assembly carry a 15-year warranty against rust-through and burn-through, and the stainless steel burner tubes, cooking grates, and FLAVORIZER bars are covered for 10 years against the same. WEBER CONNECT components are covered for 3 years, and all remaining parts are covered for 5 years.
