This four-piece XO pizza tool set covers every stage of a wood-fired bake: launching, turning, scraping and clearing ash. It comes with a mounting bracket set designed to attach to the oven cart, so the tools live at the oven instead of migrating into the kitchen drawer.
- Four-piece set: large pizza peel, small round turning peel, scraper and brush
- Includes a mounting bracket set designed to attach to the cart
- Large peel launches and retrieves; the small round peel turns the pie mid-bake without pulling it out
- Scraper and brush clear ash and debris from the oven deck between bakes
- Matches XO outdoor kitchen and wood-fired oven components
