The Big Green Egg 2-Piece Multi-Level Rack for XL pairs a stainless steel grid with an elevated grid above it, splitting the XL's cooking area into two working levels. The elevated grid sits with 10 cm of clearance above the lower grid, keeping food on the main level within easy reach.
Flip it upside down and it drops to a low-level position suited to Cowboy Style grilling.
The rack attaches to the standard stainless steel grid and acts as the starting piece for building out the EGGspander System. It also works with the convEGGtor basket as part of that same EGGspander setup.
