The Big Green Egg 2-Piece Multi-Level Rack combines a stainless steel cooking grid with an elevated rack above it, adding a second level for cooking. Having two levels effectively doubles the amount of food you can cook at once on the EGG.
That elevated grid gives 10 cm of clearance, keeping access easy. Flipped over, it offers a lower cooking level for 'Cowboy Style' grilling.
The elevated grid is designed to attach onto that grid, serving as the first piece of the EGGspander System. It also works with the convEGGtor basket, making it compatible with that accessory as well.
