The Big Green Egg Ash Tool does two jobs at the Egg: it pulls ash out, and it spreads charcoal around before you light it. It also pairs well with the Ash Removal Pan.
Keeping ash down to a minimum inside the Egg is part of managing temperature while you cook. Its metal fire rake drags ash out to the edge, which benefits your dishes.
Once you are done, it hangs up easily, and it comes in three sizes.
