Blaze's Kamado Rotisserie Kit belongs to the brand's Rotisseries lineup, built for use with kamado grills. It turns a kamado grill into a rotisserie setup for roasting whole birds, pork loin, beef roasts, and other large cuts. Paired with the rear charcoal basket, it delivers indirect rear infrared heat that lets food hold onto more of its own natural flavor, powered by a 120V motor sealed in a stainless steel housing built to withstand outdoor elements.
An add-on Easy Light Indirect Cooking System, sold separately with its Moisture Enhancing Pan, offers another route to indirect cooking with rear infrared heat that helps retain natural flavor and moisture.
