Twin 1,000 CFM blowers over a 48-inch span. This is the hood for a wide built-in run — a large grill flanked by a side burner or power burner — where a single motor would be fighting to keep a covered patio clear. Two blowers also mean you can run one at low speed for a long cook and bring the second in only when the searing starts.
- Dual 1,000 CFM blowers — 2,000 CFM combined, sized for grills up to 48 inches wide and multi-appliance runs.
- Commercial baffle filters — stainless baffles trap grease the way a restaurant hood does, and they lift out and go in the dishwasher.
- Rear or vertical venting — configurable at install, so the duct run follows the wall you have rather than the one you wish you had.
- Illuminated controls — halogen/LED lighting over the cooking surface and lit controls you can find after dark.
- 304 stainless throughout — the same grade as the grills it hangs over, for a finish that matches and weathers alike.
