DCS designed this Series 9 Power Burner to cook for a crowd, combining strong heat with temperature control that ranges from 70,000 down to 1,300 BTU. Grates are shaped to steady pots and woks of every size, so there's no need to adjust them, and they split into two pieces for easier cleaning.
The burner, model PBE1-24-N, runs on natural gas and connects straight to the gas main; a liquid propane version, the PBE1-24-L, is also available. The burner is built from cast brass, which holds up to high heat and all kinds of outdoor weather.
Illuminated dials interconnect with other Series 9 products for a matching look, with installation tying ignition and dial lighting together across the lineup.
