The DCS Series 7 Grill is a natural gas grill with four U-burners that together produce 103,500 BTU of total power.
Cooking surface totals 1182 sq in, including an 855 sq in primary grilling area and a 327 sq in warming rack. The grilling grates are double-sided stainless steel, with a radiused side for delicate foods and a W-shaped side that channels oil to a removable drip tray for searing. The Grease Management System directs grease and oil away from the burner flames to cut down on flare-ups during grilling.
A dedicated, sealed smoker tray draws on its own 3,500 BTU burner for specialized smoking recipes. Built from 304 grade stainless steel, the grill is also weather resistant.
A hood temperature gauge spans a low 300° to a searing 1100°, and stays readable with the hood down. Spark ignition runs on a 9V battery power supply, and the grill features metal control dials.

Built-in or freestanding
Available in natural gas or propane. Order it as a built-in head for your outdoor kitchen, or freestanding on the matching DCS CAD1-48E cart, the COVER CART 48 ACC-48. Freestanding grills can add one or two CAD1-SK fold-down side shelves.
