Fire Magic's Echelon Gourmet Griddle is a built-in model made to round out an outdoor kitchen built from Echelon products. It's suited to dishes ranging from fried rice and fajitas to bacon and eggs.
That deck gives a cooking surface measuring 30 inches wide by 22 inches deep, for a total of 660 square inches. The griddle surface itself is 3/8 inches thick stainless steel, which keeps it from warping over years of use. Heat comes from dual heavy-duty stainless steel burners delivering 45,000 BTUs total, with two-zone cooking managed through hot surface ignition paired with two back-lit knobs.
Excess grease drains through a two-piece drip collector trough with two ports, routing it into the drip pan.
