Fire Magic Echelon Black Glass Pizza Oven

The Fire Magic Echelon Black Glass Pizza Oven is a built-in outdoor oven that bakes and broils in addition to cooking pizza. Model 5660 has a round design that works as a convection oven, matching the black glass control panel used across Echelon gas grills. It also includes smart technology that connects to a smartphone and a built-in probe that tracks internal cooking temperature.

A pair of 304 stainless steel U-burners together produce 36,000 BTUs, enough to preheat the oven in 20 minutes. Digital thermostatic control spans 200°F to 700°F. A 3-layer dome with an adjustable vent cap maintains interior heat, and the burner uses IPI ignition with flame rectification. It's offered for use with either natural gas or liquid propane.

The door opens flat and is built to support as much as 50 lbs, with a ceramic glass window for viewing inside. The stone surface measures 18” x 18” (324 sq. in.), the baking rack measures 18¼” x 18¼” (333 sq. in.), and an interior light helps with viewing inside.
