The Fire Magic Turkey Holder holds a turkey securely in place as it rotates, so the meat cooks evenly. It also works for beef, pork and lamb roasts.

Setup starts with opening the back attachment, sliding the meat into place, and fitting the meat forks. Close the holder and slide the spit rod through, since it accepts rods up to 5/8 inch.
