The Gozney Arc Mantel is a Gozney grilling tool made to fit the Arc oven.
It lets cooks turn, check, baste, or rest food, useful for Neapolitan pizza, roasted vegetables, or smoked meat. At the doorway, pans can be rotated, a dish checked, or sides kept warm, with the mantel functioning as an extension to the oven and fitting on easily for a stable work surface.
The mantel combines 304 stainless steel with powder coated aluminum, adding resistance to heat and scratches.
