The Weber Genesis EX-325W Smart Gas Grill is a freestanding, cart-style natural gas grill with a Sear Zone that reaches 750°F and a Wi-Fi enabled digital thermometer that includes one wired food probe. Paired with the Weber Connect App, the grill sends smartphone alerts when it's preheated and when food is ready to flip, while PureBlu burners position the flame above the burner tube to reduce clogs and corrosion.
The porcelain-enameled, cast-iron cooking grates hold steady heat and can be flipped to secure Weber Crafted grillware. Flavorizer bars vaporize juices to boost grilled flavor, and a grease management system includes a pull-out grease tray.
Weber Works accessories snap onto the side rails or drop into the right-side table, moving items between kitchen, grill, and table, and they are sold separately. Four swivel casters, two of which lock in place, let the cart move easily, and four tool hooks hold spatulas and tongs within reach.
