Weber Smoque

The Weber Smoque is a pellet smoker that uses a SmokeBoost setting to hold ideal temperatures for smoke absorption, plus a SmoqueVent system that moves smoke past the food for added flavor and browning. It covers a wide temperature range, suited to slow-cooked ribs, brisket, and jerky as well as roasted chicken, baked dishes, and side items.

The smaller model offers 594 square inches of total cooking space, while the larger model offers 918 square inches, enough to cook multiple foods at once. Its digital controller displays current grill and food temperature, and pairs with the Weber Connect app for remote monitoring, live cooking updates, recipes, and alerts.

A Rapid React PID brings the grill up to temperature in 15 minutes or less and recovers heat quickly after the lid opens. The cook box and other components come with a 5-year limited warranty.
