The Weber Spirit S-425C is a stainless steel 4-burner gas grill with a Sear Zone, running on liquid propane from a 20 lb. tank sold separately.
The grill's four burners include two red Boost Burner knobs that push 40% more power into the Sear Zone for bold sear marks on meat, fish, and vegetables. Snap-Jet Ignition lights each burner individually with one hand, and the grill has a built-in lid thermometer with heat adjustable from high to low across a full range of temperatures.
Heavy-duty swivel casters lock in place to hold the grill steady while cooking, and the grill has two side tables.
Weber Works accessories fit onto the side rails or the right side table, and the cast-iron cooking grates can be flipped to hold Weber Crafted grillware such as a griddle, pizza stone, or crosshatch sear grate.
