The Weber Summit E Grill Center is a freestanding gas grill cart that runs on liquid propane, with the tank sold separately. The top-down infrared broiler sends heat straight down onto food for an edge-to-edge sear, while the integrated rotisserie includes a rotisserie kit and backburner. The 9 mm solid stainless steel rod cooking grates pair with the WEBER CRAFTED frame kit, letting the grill convert to a griddle, pizza oven or wok using separately sold grillware.
Five stainless steel burners heat a 681 sq in primary cooking area, with a 372 sq in top grate above it. Weber backs the cookbox and lid assembly with a 15-year warranty against rust-through and burn-through, plus 2 years on the paint, excluding fading or discoloration. The cart also includes six tool hooks, interior lights, and exterior lighting on the control knobs.
